It mustarbating is get effect in body like you become shot and skinny after you daily workout in home like weight lifting,push up and many more .why it can affect after mustarbating 3,4 time in a day please reply ,,i am 17 year old and i am doing this for 3 years

I'm a Christian and I read the bible every Sunday and actually the bible says masturbation is fine because god provided so man would not be tempted to commit sins like adultery.
