Don't force a girl into doing things she doesn't want to do. The more you make her do things the less often she is going to want to have sex because she is going to associate sex with you forcing her to do something for you. If she wants to give you a blow job let her but don't hold her head between your legs until she makes you orgasm if she doesn't want to.

Mine was about 6-6.5 when i was 16 but i am 17 now and it's 7.5 or so. I believe men don't fully develop until about 20 or so.
