Hi, I am 23 years old male and I am training body building for several years. I know that resting is very important for muscle developing so I would like to know if napping is recommended. I hope someone had some experience with this so I would like to hear your opinion. Thanx.

Hi, you are quite right about resting and it is very important for muscles same as training. I would like to tell you that napping is also quite good because it cause secretion of hormones which are important for muscle gain. However too much sleep is not good and it may slow down your metabolism.
