I’m sneezing very much and have a problem with runny nose more then two weeks. I thought that I have a cold but since yesterday I started to suffer from constant facial pain. My friend thinks that it can be trigeminal neuralgia. Is there a relationship between trigeminal neuralgia and runny nose?

I know that if you have trigeminal neuralgia, attacks of facial pain are frequent and can often seem unbearable. But if you have constant facial pain and runny nose, it can be sinus infection. Maybe it’s time to go to see your doctor. You probably need some medications. If you have sinusitis, your doctor may recommend antibiotics.
