I love my husband and we have a great sex life, but I must admit that I wish his penis were slightly bigger. When erect it's about 5-3/4" long and not very thick. He's pretty insecure about it and I wouldn't mind if it were bigger so I'm wondering if there really is a way to permanently increase his length and/or girth.

53/4 is pretty normal and some think on the larger size!! The average size of an erect penis is 5 inches!! The girth is the same! A womens vagina is about 4 inches deep! You can permanently change the size of the penis, but the payoff is not worth it, as far as I've seen. Your husband can get his penis lengthened surgery, but the recovery is ridiculous and then it can cause erectile problems. Pumps can permanently increase girth and length as well, but they often break capillaries and it breaks as well.

Hey, I don't know how old you are or anything but if you are younger than 21 there is good news for you and it's all natural! Your HGH (human growth hormones) don't start slowing down until the age of 21 so you will grow longer, bigger and wider.
