I am feeling very stressed and worried right now. I have a really had stomach ache and my heart sometimes pounds.

Here's what happened:

I recently got a virus on my computer and I got rid of it. I still feel as though it just happened. I am stressed that there is something wrong with my computer but I know there isn't. I have confirmed that many times.


Is there anyway I can make myself see that there is nothing wrong and help me overcome the stress that comes along with everyday life? Is there anything I can do to help ease the stress symptoms?
