As I always had fragile health, additional supplements to my daily nutrition are the basic routine. Generally, I take multivitamin preparations but in last two years, I have been taken extra quantities of vitamin E. I hardly know anything about vitamin E. As I am taking approximately 1000IU of this vitamin, is this a proper dose for me?
