i am uncircumcised. two days ago i noticed that my foreskin and the head of my penis became inflamed and very itchy. there are small bumps under the foreskin and partially up the head of my penis. I don't know what this could be, it doesn't seem like an STD but more like an infection of some sort. any info would be very appreciated.
