problem with the skin on my penis.

small part next to "Urethral opening" on my penis head became like a white patch.looked like some layer had formed (like when your hand is kept under water for a long time,tip of your finger becomes white and starts to peel off skin later)

then that white patch started tearing,in the center it became red color.hurts if i mastrubate or touched on it or if i pour water on it.hot/cold.

it healed.the patch was gone but it reappeared and the cycle hasn't stopped.on & off.

now i've 3 patches like that (all small about 0.5-1cm), 2 on my penis head and 1 outside on my foreskin.

im REALLY SCARED! they do seem to go away but they reappear.total i've had 5 patches on 3 different times.

i am uncircumcised,i mastrubate once in 2days,never had sex(so not STD).i dint wash myself down there as often as i should be but now i've been very thorough.

PLEASE I NEED HELP FINDING OUT WHAT IT IS THAT IS HAPPENING TO ME AND A HOME MADE CURE/REMEDY FOR IT.AND DO'S & DONT'S.
