For about a month and a half my scrotum has been very very itchy. I dont know if its because of the cold weather or not. I don't know if it's related or not, but I did had unprotected sex with this girl in france a month and a half ago. Thing is, that there is no visual signs at all no redness no bumps no nothing just my regular ol' scrotum a very very itchy scrotum. Any idea whats going on?

You probably have a fungal or bacterial infection. I had the same issue and I used a anti-fungal, anti-bacteral cream; Quadriderm NF. Contains betametasone, clotrimazol, and gentamycin. Worked quickly and within six hours the redness and it hing was gone. Have been itch fee for a month.
