For the past couple weeks I have had a weird itchiness in my urethra, it is very subtle and often times I forget about it. It doesn't hurt to urinate, and in fact when I do it "scratches the itch" so to speak. The other day however I went to urinate and it split into several streams which hasn't happened to me before, but also it hasn't happened since so I don't know if it's related. Today while masturbating I noticed a little bit of a yellow fluid pooled up in the top of my penis. I have no other symptoms besides the ones stated, any idea what is going on?
