Hello every one i really need help, either from doctors or people who are experienced or have seen anything like this .. 

i'm 24 years old male, 2 weeks ago i had sex with some girl which i just knew for 2 days, it was protected sex but unfortunately i had unprotected oral sex which i really regret... after almost 2 to 3 weeks of that i started to have a serious itch on top of my penis, just inside my penis with in my urethra but i don't have any discharge , its very painful, my mood changed and i find it hard to talk with people as i always feel uncomfotable from the itchiness and pinching pain. it dosen't stop at all and feel abit better while i urinate but after urination is finished pain starts.

i went to the hospital the same day the pain started, the doctor checked my penis physically and asked for urine test, all test became normal in my urine, but he said my WBC is high usually it should be 25 but it was 27.5 so it's 2.5 higher, he then did something called EPR i don't know what it is, he inserted finger on my ass hole and pulled out some fluid from my penis it was yellowish fluid, i think he said he wants to see if the infection is in my bladder or prostate didn't get. after the smear was done he couldn't detect any bacteria..

 

now he gave me antibiotics and he said use it for one week, he said we can't detect the type of bacteria so just use this antibiotics and it should go soon, he said come back to see if there is still bacteria present...

 

i really don't know what to do , it's so painful, i read many articles in the internet saying that if not treated soon it might be chronic, what if i'm still the same after one week will that be dangerous and could it be chronic or complicated with in one week?!! how can i reduce the pain that i feel?

how long will it take for this pain to go, and is my condition serious?!
