It's been 10 days, I had the pills, but I am having a back pain

 me nd my bf had sex on 20th March around 12 30 nd I took the tablet on 23 noon I'm late by 2 days but I'm having little back pain.from 2days.should i be worried,is thr any tablet i can take if im pregnant to stop it in the early stages.im 2
