I'm pretty sure that I'm not posting this in the right place but I don't know where else to go as I've never heard of this problem before.... Basically my legs are doing this weird thing, when I sit down on a chair with my feet on the floor my legs Start shaking until it's so bad I actually fall of my chair, after a while it's like it's spasming out of control. I only really happens whenever my heels can't touch the ground and the weight of my legs is on my toes. Sometimes they shake when I'm walking and both my hands and feet get all tingly all the time, it doesn't really feel like pins and needles, is this just bad circulation? Or is it completely normal and it happens to everyone?? Thanks :)

This does sound strange.
The shaking can be caused by many things.
How old are you? Do you have anxiety issues?
Are you under a lot of stress?
If not, I'd say you are low on Magnesium. Your muscles need magnesium to function properly. When you are low on it, your leg muscles may twitch because they lack the oxygen.
You can try with Magnesium and you should already start to see the difference in 2 days.
