Hello!
Every morning and later my jaw hurts. My wife says I gnash the teeth while I sleep. Could that be a reason for my problem?
Thanks for reply in advance!

Hey there,
Yes it is very possible gnashing the teeth could cause jaw hurts. Gnashing teeth could cause even bigger problems, like back pain and shoulder pain, could you imagine?
I am also doing this with my teeth, I even broke one that way. I bought myself splintek. This is a device that you put into your mouth and prevents you from gnashing teeth… must invest 50 $, but it works. Besides I have no more jaw hurts and no more intense neck.
