I have recently taken up jogging because I hear it tis the most effective way to lose weight, however I am unsure of how to stretch. Can I please get some advice, what are a few common stretches I can do? Thanks in advance for your help.

1. With your feet as far apart as you feel comfortable and keeping both your legs straight, try to touch your left toes with your right hand, and then touch your right toes with your left hand. With your feet outstretched, bend your body forward to bring your head as close to the floor as possible.
2. While leaning forwards with your hands against a wall, bend your left knee and then straighten your right leg as far back as possible to stretch your right calf. Next bend your right knee and then straighten your left leg as far back as possible to stretch your left calf.
3. While standing, stretch your arms over your head and bend your body backwards, sideways, and forwards.
