Hello there! I have been an aerobic trainer for 4 years now and I can tell you that the crunch is definitely the best for abdominal muscles. One should lie on the floor, face up, knees bent. Hands can be behind the head, on the shoulders with crossed forearms on the shoulders or pointing in front beside legs.
For the upper abdominal muscles I would recommend bench crunches. Lie on the floor, feet up on the bench. Raise yourself up toward the knees!!!
For the lower muscles I would say¡K.seated leg tucks. Sit sideways on the bench, bend knees, and then raise your legs and then straighten them.
Just, don¡¦t overdo yourself!!! ƒº
