hello, i have been experiencing colon cancer-like symptoms like blood on stools, fatigue, headaches..
im actually very afraid that it might be cancer..because my cousin's mum who is a medical worker, once told me that Fisherman's Friend causes cancer and im quite addicted to that, as in i consume it all 22 lozenges in a day and i buy another one the next day and the day after..
and recently, i noticed this lump near my abdominal area and its not stuck there, as in i can actually push it down and let it remain there for a while..but it will come back..its not painful when i push it down..but what does it mean? could it be a tumour or something?

Hey, I highly suggest you to visit the doctor, and not self-diagnose. What might be cancer to one could be just a normal flu to another. Just have it checked, and get that burden off your chest! Will be praying for you.
