I have epilepsy (for 2 years) and 2 weeks ago I was prescribed with keppra, since nothing, till now didn’t prevent my seizures. Ok, for these two weeks I am seizure free, but I feel constant tiredness. By the way, I am 24 now.

Keppra works for me (I am on 500mg twice a day). I have no more seizures, but I am also experiencing constant tiredness. I am able to fall asleep any time of day...this is a cost I am paying for being seizure free. I am glad I am. Doctor said that eventually I’ll be reducing the level of medicine...hope then the situation with tiredness shall get better.
