I've decided to document my duromine experience.
Im 35 years old and im pretty active.. i just eat too much whenever i can especially junk food
but on the 8th of October 2010 i decided to put a stop to my eating addiction.

Heres my stats
Age: 35 female
Height 152 (5'1)
Weight: 88.3 as of Oct 8

Oct 8
Day 1 on Duromine
Weight: 88.3

had a sandwich for breakfast
run 5km in 61.54 seconds burned 324 cal (according to my treadmill)
did light weights
bicep curls (5kg - 20, 25, 30 reps)
bench press (5kg - 15, 12, 8 reps)
dumbell flye (5kg - 15, 12, 8)

had a protein shake
then a can tuna

my dinner was a mix vegetable and fruit juice (i juice 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 carot, 1 celery, beetroot, cucumber)

and lots of water

Oct 9
Day 2 on Duromine
Weight: 87.2

breakfast was a cucumber and carot

Run 5km in 57.55mins.

lunch a can of tuna with vegies
vegetable juice (home made)

youghurt and banana

lots of water


Day 3 on Duromine
Weight: 86.7

Youghurt, strawberries and banana


NOTE: Its still early in the morning and im about to hit my treadmill and do some weight lifting again
Im surprise how much weight I lost in just a matter of 3 days.. maybe coz i didnt eat any junkfood and no rice

Thats in kilos so multiply 88 x 2.2=193.6
