Hello! This is my duromine experience .so I've decided to start taking duromine
Even though I've had dought about it. I've decided to write this blog to share my
Experience as well as keep track of my progress I'm hoping to loss 15kgs
I'm currently 71kgs an 1.56 m so I'm quite short I've gained weight over
a short period of 8 months . I've takin my 1st duromine yesterday had a dry mouth all
Day I've eaten 1apple at 6am an oats at 9am an a apple at about 2pm.
At 4:30 had a coleslaw 2 piece chicken a lil chips an a bun

Day2 26 sep 2010

So I've taken my second duromine. Was up at 5:30 had no problems sleeping
I've had breakfast at 6am had a bowl of oats an having a cup of tea now 8:20am
One of my concerns taking duromine was having high blood pressure once I stop
I've heard it cause hight blood pressure. But also if u young ur body has the ability to
Get back to normal that's just wat I've heard hoping I don't have this in future

Hello! So I've had a sandwich 4 lunch 2 whole wheat bread with cauliflower an peas .
Snack a sandwich again with butternut an green beanz supper bryani . I haven't drank enough
Water an haven't exercised . Feel fine though I need to make sure I get 2 liters of water down

Day 3 27sep 2010

Well its day 3 an due to a hectic few days I haven't worked out or followed a diet
Past two days I haven't worked out ! I didn't weight my self as yet giving my self a week til
My 1st weight. I need to drink more water . Hoping tomorrow will bring better choices 4 me to b
Healthy . Todays eatin I've had 1 glass water an a bowl. of oats missed a snack as well as lunch
No water dring this time either supper had 2glass. Water.had last nights bryani again :-)

So its the fourth day haven't weighted yet I've had a piece of chicken an 5 swirls
4 breakfast no lunch an chicken curry 4 supper very lil water an did 30min cardio
Have got a heat rash don't no whether its 4rm doromine or oil 4m my boyfriend ?

Ok I feel like I've lost weight but I'ma try 2 weigh tomorrow

Well today was one of those really c**p days but I've tryed to stick to things
I had 3 slices toast with tuna 4breakfast no lunch had sm water through out the day I'd say a 1,5 l today
Supper I had 1 cup cerry tea with 2 buns an a chicken cold meat no exercise have a serious back pain

:-) :-) yhaaaaayy ok so today was weigh day I've lost 1.6 kgs I'm sooooo happy
My bmi is down as we'll as body fat my blood pressure how ever is now a high to

ok so I haven't exercised al I ate was breakfast 2 slices carrot cake
1 small yogart 2 pecan nuts an a small bag of chips.1 aero no lunch no supper
Feel like I need to figure out y am I eatin the way I am even wen I'm not hungry
Ima eatin junk not healthy foods I used to b a health freak now I just can't
Seem to eat well
