Today I was frightened to look down at the top of my left hand (only) at my knuckles, the top of my palm and the thumb area- it was VERY dark blue! I was scaring myself to say the least into a panic attack- but before this, I was on my lap top just checking my emails. I am 56 and in pretty good health- what could have caused this? It lasted about 15-20 minutes, then went away. My wrists are very sensitive, as I have a handicapped child, 20 years old and weighs 116 lbs- He can't move himself, walk or talk. It can be stressful to say the least- and caring for him calls for a lot of physical contact. I can say though that I am scared and want to know if anyone has had this happen? Should I be worried even more than I already am! And of course, today is Sunday, and I have no medical insurance to go to the doctor or the ER. Please help.
