Hi im a 16 year old male and i partake in alot of physical activity. I usually run or skate long distances but i recently stopped. Ive had this for more than 5 months, my leg has this weird soreness when im tired or trying to concentrate or just when im stressed and it bothers me. Usually what i do cuz i cant just get up and strech in school i usually Hit my thigh with my hand to sorta make it feel better (and i totally look like and id**t). Ive never heard about other people having this problem and i just don't wanna live with it.
Please help me try to take care of this problem with your suggestions, Thank you for your time.

i have no idea what the answer is, but i have a similar thing. i sprained my pinky and almost sprained one of my ankles (stretched something or other in there, i dont remember) and whenever i get really tired or stressed, like you said, they start to hurt. i push on them because i cant just walk around all the time. im 19... its weird but it happens consistently and its been going on for like a year
