Light bleeding.. cramps.. frequent urination..???

Hi All!
Have a few strange things going on with my body.. any advice? I stopped taking birth control pill about a month to a month and a half ago. Haven't gotten a period yet but I have heard that's fairly normal. About a week ago I started getting cramps and I assumed my period was coming. Five days with nothing but cramps I started getting very light brown spotting (only when I wiped and not even every time). I read up on it and thought it may be implantation bleeding. Today it turned red and there is a little more of it. Not heavy like a regular period but more than the initial spotting. The things I've read about implantation bleeding have varied (some say it definitely wouldn't be red or for more than a day.. some say it could be like a light period). I have also been peeing extremely often...? I have been slightly emotional. My boobs feel a LITTLE full but I could just be reading into it too far?? It's driving me crazy because I just want to know if I am pregnant? Or not.. but it's too early for a HPT.
