Most of the people on here have dumping syndrome or delayed stomach emptying. Small procentage may have Pots. To those who said they have been diagnosed with MS .... you can not be diagnosed with it based on one MRI alone , it's not how it works. If that's what happened you need to see another neurologist.

I have been treated for hyperthyroidism for the last 25 years. I take a daily synthroid pill after having a treatment to ablate my thyroid gland. My initial symptoms were exactly as those described above. It took over a year to be diagnosed with a thyroid imbalance, but eventually after persistent trips to the doctor, my blood tests showed me to be hyperthyroid. I strongly encourage all of the above persons, to have a thyroid panel run (blood test). This may be the answer to your prayers. I am now feeling wonderful, but occasionally fall back a few steps when my medication has to be readjusted. If this helps one person, I will feel really good. I know how frustrating and sometimes scary it is to not have an answer to your health concerns. Good luck.

By all means, see a chiropractor! As you've said, dizziness often results from pinched nerves in the back of your neck. (Often C1/Atlas). If these nerves are not able to send the messages from the brain throughout the body (and back to the brain), it can inhibit circulation, chemical delivery, and a bunch of other things. If you go to one that takes x-rays (which I highly recommend!), they should be able to show you that C1 or upper cervical vertebrae are out of alignment. If you leave it, the pain might eventually go away (because pain is only a temporary and fleeting sign that something is wrong), but the issues can get worse. I have these symptoms from time to time--and they've been more persistent than usual!--but my husband is a chiropractor and it always helps. Thinking about it, I can't believe I haven't had him adjust me in a couple days! Duh.
I hate that people on this thread are suffering.

My husband has had many of the symptoms that you all have described. As with a post on the second page, he has just started a prescription of anti-seizure medication. It takes several weeks to get up to the full dosage. I will report back after he has been at full dosage for a month. Good luck to all of you!

I am a chiropractor. With the exact same feelings. Feels like a constant hangover all day. Some days worse then others. Getting adjusted will not help.

Having all of the same symptoms listed. Taking NAC twice a day helps a ton, as well as eating healthy and often. Get plenty of fresh air and I suggest opening your windows and doors to get proper healthy circulation throughout your home often. Toxic Home Syndrome/Sick House Syndrome can dramatically exacterbate all symptoms. Always drink lots of water, preferably lemon water. I have been exposed to toxic mold, Now wondering if that might be the connection we all have. Toxic mold supposedly gets into your mitochondria, your DNA and has huge negative effects on your entire body. Starting with your thyroid and adrenal glands. Here's hoping we all get some answers and start to feel normal again soon!

I had these exact symptoms last year that lasted months. After visiting 4 neurologists and having an MRI which only showed a sinus infection, I took an antibiotic and it relieved the symptoms about 85% . The dr. said there isn't a connection between my sinus issue and the antibiotic success, I don't believe this at all! I was also diagnosed with vestibular migraine. I think this is a chronic sinus issue, perhaps allergies but I don't have the itchy, runny nose, or eyes thing. Mostly neurological. I should see an allergist next or maybe a lyme specialist or sinus doctor. Any feedback or outcome of your situation would be good to hear.

This is crazy that so many people are actually describing the feelings I have daily. I am also one who believe it has to do with sinus. But not so sure, wish there was an awnser here cause non of my doctor seem to understand either.
It feels like I'm floating and I'm two feet over the ground. But I can never just touch down and get my rest. Always fatigue, dizzy. Oxygen not getting to my brain much.
ive had this for two years. And as of one year ago I noticed my symptoms might be all linked to my nose since my sinuses got very dry. I had all symptoms of Empty nose syndrome. Which is when the turbinates are missing due to surgery or have nerve damage from something such as allergies or infections.
wondering if anyone else feels like if their sinuses are very dry and their oxygen is not getting filtered right.
The dizzy may also come from a eaustansian tube dysfunction that goes from the sinus to the ears.
Hope we all get better from this.
