You posted over a year ago, but what you said sounds just like me. Like you, I've had numerous tests. Garden variety forms of depression and anxiety have sometimes accompanied the "drugged, foggy, veil-between-the-world-and-me for long periods but not always. I looking into chronotherapy at the moment.

Any updates? I found this by searching google- It's like im reading something I've wrote myself... trying to hold off on the ER until I can call Monday and get insurance during this open enrollment yay. I've had a panic attack 3 months ago- haven't felt 100% myself since then but I now have ice cold feel and hands- toenails blue/gray feel disconnected from reality- short of breath- like I'm not getting enough blood to my head or heart. Also nerve pain down my legs into my heels. I too am worried doctors are going to dismiss how I feel based on the fact that I DO have anxiety- but I've had that since the day I was born. Lol

Hi there, i had simular issues with light headedness, dizziness, a pulling over feeling that would last seconds, i have tmj, i would have fullness in my ears, blurry vision, headaches at the back of my head that would shoot threw my eyes, and my neck would hurt. I seen a neuro before had CT scans, EEG for 72 hrs, blood work was normal. My dr kept telling me i was young and fine but i knew i wasn't. Finally oneday a friend recommended me to see a chiropractor. I was super nervous but i had no choice bc i began getting tingling in my arms and legs at this point. The chiropractor did a muscle testing on me, checked my weight to see if it was even on both sides of my body plus an x-ray of my neck and back. The root of all my problems is i have a cervical atlas/axis sublux that's compressing my spinal cord. I continue to see him and it's helping. Good see a chiropractor. Good luck to you.

I too have that vertigo feeling. But mine happens out of the blue, like the ground moves from underneath me. I had EVERYTHING checked and the only thing the Dr could figure out was my panic disorder is causing it. I was on Lexapro and Xanax for 12 yrs and that really helped. I've been off those meds for 3 yrs now and my vertigo has recently started again. I don't want to get back on those meds

I had spacey head (24/7) and frequent headaches . Then i realised it could be the sinuses and sprayed salt water via the nostrils and ears. I feel better

Hi

I've had these exact feelings since June 2016 seen countless doctors and had all sorts of scans with no answers. Just wondering if anyone has had any progress, would be much appreciated. Most doctors have just told me that it's anxiety. The only medication that has helped at all is predisone but you can't take that long term. Any suggestions would be very appreciated

Cheers Brendan

I realize this post is one year old but this is me to an absolute tee. Literally symptom fro symptom you describe. I had a significant bout of vertigo around 3-4 weeks ago; went to doctor and was diagnosed with BPPV. That has gone away but what I am left with is every symptom you describe-down to the sinus issues and eye spasms. I would love to know if you have gotten any answers since your post?

When I would tell people these things, they would say I’m crazy when I told them I feel in a dream...I have had multiple tests. Treatments even. Nothing helped. I starting to feel hopeless going on for a month today. At least I’m not alone. If anyone knows what’s going on please reply.

Hi I have they say fibromyalgia all of these feelings of dizzy very fatigued can not move from one place for hours and hours at a time stare into space ! The dizziness makes me feel naucious if I try to stay standing up longer than just to go to the bathroom if I am forced to stay standing I sweat profusely even if only 70 degrees then feel like vomiting the only thing that helps is laying down immediately then I am there all day this is a common day 4 out of 7 days a week ! Then depression sets in cause I can't accomplish anything on these days and things pile up! It's so bad I feel like I want to die cause I can not function and I am a single mom and only normal 3 days a week it has caused me to blow up in anger when I am forced to participate when I physically can't but no one understands that I can't so many last minute cancellations !chritmases ruined ! I can not plan anything because if I wake up like this I can't even get up to dress or go to the doctor !! I used to work 65/70 a week take care of my home children party all night no problems but now I feel like I am Insaine or very very Very sick I used to think it had to be cancer maybe bone cancer because of the pain I was having in my body joints and muscles It started at 38 years old and I walked in pain like I was 90 yrs old! All they can come up with is fibromyalgia I think its ms my eyes are getting worse by the day one night I had to put sunglasses on to drive in the dark cause all the lights from cars and businesses were blinding me I could not drive normally I can't see in sunglasses at night that was so strange I could see fine in sunglasses at night to drive it was though I had suddenly intolerance to lights! I'm sick of all this I need to be healthy I need to function I can't afford to apply for disability and all this is making me so full of anxiety am I going to bee homeless due to this someone please figure it out!

I was actually considering going to a chiro because ive been having these symptoms for around a month now and they could be a pinched nerve in the neck/stress on nerves (especially around the eyes/ears that contribute to balance) OR sensitivity to fluorescent lights. Going to try chiro first and then light sensitivity glasses!
