Light pink discharge, I only saw it when I was wiping, I have small bums around my nipples

Hey guys so I've posted this form on another site but didn't get a response. Instead of re writing it I'm going to copy and paste. My original was posted around the 5 other this month but I also just did an update today. So I'll post them both. Any help will be appreciated!! I have been on nexlanon since august of last year. Ever since my periods are finally normal. Same time every month. Well in November I had 2 periods. One when im normally due. Then one thanksgiving week. I haven't had a period since then. About 2 weeks ago in December I had very light bleeding. It lasted maybe 4 hours and was a light pink color. It was so light that it was only visible while wiping. I haven't bled any since that day. I'm getting queasy on and off through out the day. I'm extremely tired on top of really gassy. I've noticed small bumps on and around my nipples as well. I've been slightly more emotional. I've never missed a period before let alone 2 of them. This would bey first pregnancy. Thank you ladies Thanks for any help
