You will find there will be several other guys with same worry when it comes to showering after gym.
When you’re getting changed you can pick a corner spot so others have a limited view and you can hold your towel in front when you’re going to the shower.
However when it comes time to shower you are going to be seen by the other guys your only defence is putting your hand in front of you.
The more guys seem to try and hide their package the more attention it seems to attract just remember that there can be a huge difference in size among guys the same age.
Getting in and out of the shower quickly is about all you can do if anyone says anything about your size just ask why they are checking you out and politely say that it makes you uncomfortable when guys check you out and walk away.
