Hi,

I am not sure if my symptoms are the same or not, but they are certainly similar. Thought I would post my story and maybe someone can relate. Since my daughter was 2 weeks old, (after a completely natural labour), I have been having pain in my back kidney area and lower abdomen/pelvic region. The pain is always in both places, comes on very suddenly, lasts anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, and is usually equal to, or worse than labour. It ends almost as abrubtly as it starts. Always has me curled into a ball. It happens nearly every day.

I have had ultrasounds, X-rays, laparoscopy, colonoscopy, blood tests... Etc. I don't have endometriosis, IBS, IBD, nothing has shown up in my kidneys, nothing has shown up at all, and was beginning to feel a bit crazy after 5 years of this.

One doctor at a walkin clinic mentioned neuralgia. That I might have some sort of nerve pain, or nerve damage, but didn't get indetails detail other than that, and I can't find a type of neuralgia or neuropathy that matches my symptoms. Does anyone have any experience with neuralgia in these areas,  or have any other suggestions? I am open to any ideas!

good luck to you all! Thanks.

Hi ladies may I suggest a two week juice fast with enema everyday or some type of colon cleansing and to stay off wheat dairy and eggs and red meat . This is the only way I was able to get rid of my pain.the pain is back now because after 1 year of being pain free I started to eat " normally" again. Bad idea I am due another fast and to clean up my diet. Take care.

Hi! This site seems to be the only thing that remotely sounds similar to me and the symptoms I experience. I didn't start having severe pains, only on left side where my pelvic kidney is next to my left ovary until after my 2nd child, which was by c-section. It seems to come and go with no real trigger. Sometimes I can pinpoint when I eat is when it starts. I had blood in my urine for months, occasionally diarrhea with the pain, faint like, and nausea. The pain has me doubled over a decade holding my breath. I had an ultrasound at my obgyn, this is not gynolociacal related. I have yet to see a urologist. I feel like all I'll be is a guinea pig to their tests which can't be pleasant. But I'm worn out after months of pain. I do have 5 inactive stones, but have not checked the status of those recently.
