Looking for success stories about Clomid

Hoping for Baby over a year ago

I am starting my first month of Clomid in August. The OB put me on 50mg, hoping it will work. I was wondering if anyone knew if alcohol lowers sperm count and if so is it just temporary?

Some of what you said was really mean and appalling. Yes, children are expensive! It's an overall cost, not an overnight one. No one expects to not be able to get pregnant naturally, just to now new to shell out thousands of dollars that we don't just have sitting in the bank in savings. To tell someone if they can't afford to get pregnant they most likely can't afford to have a child is mean and hurtful. I bet you didn't expect to spend those thousands of dollars because you, just like the rest of us, didn't think you'd have to PAY a single red cent to get pregnant!!!

I am currently starting my third cycle of Clomid 50mg and have also been taking Metformin 500 mg. My cycle is now regular. So far I am not ovulating, but I am staying positive. Also, I am taking prenatal vitamins and greatly lowered drinking soft drinks. I have increased exercise (walking) which also helps to reduce stress. Bottom line for me- I am enjoying trying to get pregnant and stopped worrying about the what ifs.

i am on metformin and clomid. i was on metformin for 2 months then started clomid my third month. which is march . 3-7 i took it. so ill let you know joy31 if i have any luck.

I was on 50mg clomid 2 months so far! I ovulated the second round! Then I didn't conceive but I did ovulate! When I had been testing 4 years with no positive OPK'S ! So I am super excited! I have one more month left! I am just waiting on aunt flow! :) But I am sure it works!

i took clomid 50mg for 1 month.....And now im almost 5 week pregnant MASAH-ALLAH.....:-) i dont even know how to feel...after trying for 2yrs+ naturally ....I LOVE CLOMID!!!

we ttc for 2 yrs naturally.. clomid worked for us the 1st month(50mg)dont loose hope!!!

Hi. Did you succeed falling pregnant? I hope so. I read about Femara and heard some women are resistant to Clomid so Femara would work.
