Loose foreskin, I can pull it back over my head but as it is loose it will soon

Okay im just wondering somethinh as regards my foreskin . When flacid my foreskin is loose and i have some left over . I can pull it back over my head but as it is loose it will soon recover the head . When i am erect my foreskin is still loose and does not cover the head unless i manually set it in place . What im wondering is should my forekin stay in place over the head or isnit normal for it to be able to recover the head when erect . And is there anything i can do to make sure my foreskin stays tighter in my head
