When I was a kid, I played football and was very active. I am sure that this is one of the reasons I still look great now, I am a student in my twenties and haven't done any exercise in a loooong time. The thing is, I still have veeery pronounced calf muscles and no matter how inactive I am, the calf muscles won't go down and it is very unfeminine. Do you guys have any ideas about how I can lose this?
