I am a 5 foot 16 year-old girl and I weigh 208 pounds. I've always been heavy set since I was little and I hate it. I want to lose 80 pounds and I don't know how I've tried all kinds of diets and they didn't work. I want a way to lose all this weight. Unhealthy or not I need to lose it. I can't take all jokes and hateful remarks anymore.

Sweetie, just dieting won't help. If you have a gym in your area, join it for regular exercise and under the care of an expert trainer and dietician. Regular exercise and the right diet can slowly reduce weight. Starving may achieve temporary results besides malnutrition and mineral imbalance. Hope you get the point? Good luck

I know what your feeling. when I was in 9th grade I was 6feet2in tall and weighed 275..i changed schools to play football..we had a big team and won state 3 yrs in a row..sounds great and all but I had a hard time with girls laughing at me cause I was so big..i was the biggest person in our class and bigger than most seniors..everytime I would bend over my crack would show and I would get laughed at or when I tried to sit in my desk I couldn't fit. I would knock over books and stuff hit my head a lot if I bumped into a girl they would get mad and call me names and stuff..the only place I felt loved was on the football field..i tried to exercise but it didn't help..i hardly ate lunch didn't help..finally when I went to collage to play ball I had grew more and a lot of the same things haunted me from my past..the crazy thing about all of this is I had what my drs called a dead metabolism..all those years if they would have done just one extra blood test they could have helped me..im 37 now 6/6 332..im no were near as active as I was back then but in your case have you had that area looked at? its easy for them to do and adjust..also your thyroid gland plays a huge part in weight issues..they can check the function and levels and adjust as needed..very very simple area to work with..an endroconoligst specializes in those areas..i still see one today..he has helped me a lot..hope this helps you some..
