Hi everyone! My story is an old story, I am sure. I used to work out regularly, think twice or three times a week, and then I got too bust at work and just dropped the work outs. Now, my muscles are still there, although, given the situation, they have become a bit smaller obviously. There is also a brand new addition: fat. Now, my question is how I can lose the fat, but not the muscle. I still won't have lots of time to work out, but perhaps I could make it to the gym once a week.
