Hi,
I really need advice! I am a middle- aged female I am not overweight. My body has athletic figure, bur I have problem with losing the stomach and I had that problem since I was in puberty. I exercise quite regularly, but nothing seems to help. Has anybody any healthy (no pills!) advice?

I am glad you are not prone to pills. For losing stomach, sit-ups are the most effective exercise. There are few kinds of sit-ups and pictures of them can be found on web. There is no way you are not losing the stomach (especially if you are a woman) if you are not doing regularly and not quite regularly sit- ups (at least 100 sit- ups a day, which will take about half an hour). As I said, many variations of sit- ups exist, so if you have back problems (for example I have back problems, so I can’t do the regular sit- ups) there are specific sit- ups, which don’t burden back. So, I have a treatment for losing the stomach: do at least one hundred sit ups and you shall have a great looking belly
