well for starters, what ever you do dont stop eating!!!! eat lighter meals if you think you eat too much. BUT make sure you eat at least 3 or 4 of those light meals a day! lots of people will tell you to eat ur fruits n vegetables, but to tell you the truth, nobody ever does that!! XD drink lots of water!! AT LEAST 5. if you eat a lot of sweets n junk-foods, cut back by half. as you keep this going, then you could try to cut back some more. exercise regurarly. and if its just ur stomach the thing you're worried about, then do more sit-ups than anything else. if its your butt and legs, then start off by walking daily and try to find out workouts for those certain areas. then you could go on by jogging and then running. your still very young, so dont worry so much about how you look. worry about being healthy first. you'll see great results! good luck! :-D

Stay active and do fun things with your friends outside. Walk, run race! Even jump rope (in your back yard if you don't want anyone to see you. Listen to your favorite music for more fun while doing it.

Start cutting back on your junk food. Drink lots of water. Soda is your enemy. If you have to have it, try only 1 soda in a week.

Have a piece of fruit with your breakfast. Have a little smaller portion on your meals. Little changes go a long way.

Be Healthy,
Renee'
