Pain in the upper right quadrant just beneath your rib cage is an indication of a liver disfunction, that along with the fatigueness i would say you seriously need to get to the doctor, those are two major warning signs of a hepititis infection, have you noticed pale or clay colored bowel movements, yellowing of the skin and eyes are some other common symptoms, dry itchy skin, like just random itching in different places occuring frequently. I URGE YOU TO SPEAK WITH YOUR PARENTS AND GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!! Good luck to you.

I am an 18yr old female and for about 3 weeks i have been feeling slightly nauseous after eating and never feel hungry or have an appetite. I'm quite petite and so don't usually have a big appetie (apart from when i first went on mycrogynon, which am still on) but now i just never feel hungry, just eat because i know i should but sometimes it is hard to keep food down. I feel weak all the time and sometimes have stomach pain on the right, near the bottom of my ribs. I also have an abnormally fast heartbeat. I don't exercise but eat quite well. What could this be, please? I don't know if i'm just paranoid. Thankyou.

i will also say that if the liver is swollen due to a hepititis infection that will press on the main artery leading to your heart causing it to beat faster and harder to circulate blood flow

ok so re your husband going to deep, there is a possibility that you had an ovarian cyst and the motions caused that cyst to pop. You should go to the doctor immediately because you may have an infection.

I am a 20 year old female. I have been having stomach difficulties for over a year now. I have had my gallbladder removed because a lot of the pain I was suffering was being caused by the lack of bile that was being produced. Now, several months later, I still have severe pain. I had been diagnosed with ulcers and kidney stones at the same time I got my gallbladder removed. I have been on medicine for the ulcers, but it seems nothing helps. I have tried changing my diet, but it hurts no matter what. Last week, I was very ill. I couldn't even get out of bed. I was severely nauseated. I had a migraine, and I was very sensitive to light. I couldn't eat anything except pretzels and sprite, and they would just run right out of me from the other end. My ears feel like they have pressure, and the back of my neck is killing me. On Tuesday, I was rushed to the emergency room because I woke up having muscle jerks occuring in my upper torso. I could not control my arms or stomach or chest muscles. Everything was jerking uncontrollably. After visiting the hospital, the doctors said I was reacting to some other sort of pain and sent me home. I was outraged, but figured there was nothing I could do. I layed in bed the rest of the week with jerks here and there. Although I have begun to feel a little better, and I have been eating a little better, my stomach still hurts at all times, and the muscle jerks still come and go. It doesn't matter what I do. Pain medicine doesn't even help that my Dr. prescribed for me. I still cannot sleep, and the pain is much worse when I try to go to bed at night. I finally have an appointment to see a GI specialist tomorrow. I am very worried that the process of finding out what is wrong with me is going to be very long and take too much time. I am in desperate need to figure out what is causing this pain. I work two jobs and go to nursing school, and I cannot keep missing out on these things because I am too weak to leave my bed. Does anyone have any answers to these symptoms?

I felt the need to post after reading some of your posts. I am a 19 year old female and am a fairly active lifestlye. I suffer from nausea (I usually cant sleep due to this), I have stomach pains, i feel like i'm goin to throw up alll the time, headaches, loss of appetite and i'm also really tired all the time. My doctors aren't sure whats wrong with me, they say things like indegestion or heartburn, or something irritating the linning of my stomach. I have been put on various medicines and none seem to be working right, so i googled my symptons and google came up with stomach cancer. Should i go back to the docs and ask about this or should i just try and struggle through until it hopefully goes away. Any advice would br helpful.

I am also wondering if anyone has had an answer. The for the last week I have had no appetite and eating even a small amount makes me feel like I am going to vomit so I've been trying to get my nutrients from soy milk and multi vitamins intead. Haven't been sexually active in months and I took a pregnancy test last month when I signed up for the national guard so despite my friends' jokes I know I'm not pregnant.

Yes you should go to the dr.!!! My uncle had stomach cancer and he did not make it because the drs kept telling him it was just heartburn. Demand that they look at you further or test for stomach cancer.
