I'm having the same issue where I have bloating and it feels like somethings moving in my stomach. I'm 23 and my husband and I do not have any children so I wouldn't know how being pregnant feels. I haven't missed any periods, however my last one was super light and pink.
I doubt I'm pregnant since the tests keep coming back negative. It's nice to know someone else is experiencing this. I currently am without health insurance so I can't go see a doctore.

So this thread is quite old. Just happened to see it. I had the same problem quite a feed years ago. When I told my Doctor about it, he thought it was because of my gall bladder. He said some people roll in pain while I am just feeling bubbles. An upper GI ultrasound showed that I had a lot of gall stones. They were afraid the gal stones would dislodge and possibly hurt my pancreas. I am diabetic and they did not want my pancreas to be further harmed so I had my gall bladder removed. I have not felt that fluttering sensation since.

I placed this response as a reply to someone's post but thought I would post it at the top. I read the answer that the doctor posted. Since she did not cover my experience, I thought I'd post my answer again

I had these fluttering sensations for a while. It is like a baby kicking. I thought it was cute at first because I loved my pregnancy. Then that fluttering feeling became more constant. It was not painful but I would experience it 2-3 times a day. I asked my internist about it. He ordered an upper GI ultrasound. Sure enough, he said I had gall stones. He said some people ecperience gall stones as severe pain. I experienced it as cute flutters. Seems that I am not the only one.

I consulted a general surgeon and he agreed with my internist's findings. I am diabetic with an already compromised pancreas. They did not want to take the risk of a stone dislodging and hurting my pancreas more.

I have my gall bladder removed and I have not felt the flutters anymore. This happened about five years ago.

Good luck to you all who are wondering about the flutters!

I have been having the same feeling and I thought my body was developing something because it is already weird. I haven't had my cycle in 6 years after it was regular. The doctors don't know what it is and now this. For a second I thought I was pregnant but then I was like wait I'm a virgin

Feeling the same thing right now., and it's the start of my ovulation. It felt kind of weird because my period lasted only 3 days instead of my normal 4 then there was spotting afterwards, then my ovulation now. Havent kept in touch with my OB yet., though for sure I aint pregrant coz I've never ever tried to have sex.
Im kind of worried if I should already go to the doctor for a check. Still looking for some answers online.,

Sounds like you have ibs (intestinal bowel syndrome) or ibd (intestinal bowel disease). Milk of magnesia or magnesium citrate, combined with stool softener can help a bit. Keep going to your doctor so they can help you narrow down to the cause and determine if you need surgery or not.

Did you ever find out what was happening? I'm a 42 yr old male and I'm experiencing the same type of feeling. I can't find anything to explain it. Just started having this bubbling or kicking sensation about a week ago but each day it's getting worse. Not painful but uncomfortable.

I had this and it turned out to be an ovarian cyst. Wouldn't of found out if it hadn't ruptured requiring emergency surgery. Diagnosed via CT and pelvic ultrasound.

I also had and hysterectomy had removed all even overies.
I have the exactly same feeling on my lower left side.
I asked my obyn and she told me that it is normal and that I should not worry that the muscles and tissue are forming inside and that is normal and it will disappear slowly.
