i have been experiencing a weird problem lately. I have started feeling a sort of moving sensation or a peristaltic movement in and around the tip of penis. I am not experiencing any pain or burning sensation. All that i am experiencing is a weird sensation of movement on the tip of the penis and it distracts me from whatever i am doing at that time... Please help!!!!

I had something similar earlier this year, just before I found out I had a kidney stone. It was a very weird feeling, like something moving. After I passed the stone, the feeling stopped.
I'm not sure if that's what you have, is just from my experience.

No it is not in the urethra.... It is in the penis... and it seems more like vibrations of light magnitude... And i dont think its affecting my sexual performance either? Could it be some sort of stress response?

I have similar problem. Who knows what that is? Am really disturbed. I have no pain whatsoever, no abdominal noise... Just that sought of light vibration.

I think u need to frink more water u hv some residues in ur penis tht are moving somethin like sands bcz ur body not getting enough water
