Ive been having lower "tummy" tenderness on and off for a few months, (I had a tubal ligation about 4 mos. ago) its more constant now, where it feels like a gnawing dullness no localized pain just my lower abdomen. I feel it in my lower back also. Ive tried taking tylenol to aleviate the discomfort, no go. This use to be on and off, and now its been like this since last week. Ive also felt an excruciating pain to urinate but this has only happened a couple times over the last few days, and when I do, the pain escalates when emptying my bladder. Its not a burning sensation, just internal painful pressure feeling, if that makes sense. I dont want to run to the doctor if I dont need to...any advise would really be great. We just lost our health insurance, and live about 30 miles from the hospital/dr office. :-(

Hi I have seen your message , I got tubaligation 2 years back , I had the same problem also had really bad head ache just before the periods start , it was really horrible. All I did is take some stool softner or regularly drink water, fruits , cut down on coffee, and try to take the multivitamin or prenatal every day that helped me also the calcium tablets also helped me.
