I have a question and just wondering if anyone out there has the same symtoms as I as my doctors have no idea what wrong. I had a tubaligation 3 years ago and since then I have had lower left abdominal pain that is so painful that it runs down my left leg and intercoarse is very painful as well. I found out that my specialist at the time put 2 clamps on the left tube and this new specialist wants to remove those clamps completely and the left tube as well and hope the pain is gone. I get bladder infections like crazy cause it feels like something is poking it if i lay a certain way at night and i can't walk no longer than 5 minutes otherwise i get that sharp pain and it hurts to breathe....I just want this mystery solved so i can live again...i have gained alot of weight due to this pain as i can not do any excessive exercise...housework and laundry causes the pain with me bending over and picking things up....any suggestions??

I had the SAME problem !!!! The pain started in my lower sides and then shot down my legs and hips. I went to the ER and they did a CT scan and found a build up off fluid on my abdomen. This was only 2 months after my tubal. They had to go in and remove the fluid. I am still having problems but that horrible pain has not come back yet. Your pain sounds similar, have they checked for that?? Hope I helped

It has been 15 months now since my tubal and I still have painful intercourse. I also have bad cramps a couple of days afterwards. My GYN says for me to go and have a laproscopy. I didnt because my insurance has a high deductible. I just deal with it till, hopefully, someday I will stumble upon better coverage, or soem new medical findings.

I had the samething I ended up having adhesions. The stupid doctor almost let me die. I have since had them removed 3 times and a hysterectomy. Get a NEW GYNO please!! before it's too later. Mine was due to the interceed (mesh) they used.

i'm having abdominal pain on my right side. i had my tubal 6 days ago..it just started hurting like this yesterday but it feels like it does when you have one of those painful ovulating days...is that how the pain feels that everyone else says that they've had? its very painful! please help!!! :'(

I had my tubal over 10 years ago and my cramps are still really painful. I take Anaprox which helps. But if I don't take then at least 1 hour before the pain is awful through my abdomen and down my right leg. I wouldn't be able to work without this medication. I've talked to my Dr. who says basically I need to live with this. I regret ever having this procedure as my periods were nothing before. Wish I had some better news.

I had my tubes tied 3 months ago and everything was fine...until now. I've had sciatica in my legs and back off and on for over 10 years. I had a recent sciatica flare up about 5 days ago, which is always in my left leg but this time it's moved to my abdomen and right leg. It feels like menstrual cramps but my period ended 8 days ago. I'm going to my PCP tomorrow and I'm sure she'll tell me to see my GYN, who will tell me I'm fine. Just wondering if leg and abdominal cramping is something bigger? I'm the opposite of a hyprchrondriac, but when the pain is this bad, I have started to take it seriously.

i had a tubal last year and get my period maybe every 2 months with heavy flow and horrible cramps. i can deal with that no biggie,thats why there is aleve. however,and this is embarrasing-last monday i had sex and for a long period of time. normally it don't last long:-), but this time a couple hours. i was thrilled,until afterwards. ive had painful cramps in mainly my left side around the area where the clamps would be located. especially when ive been on my feet for a long period of time. i don't understand what is going on. it's starting to worry me. i haven't had any other problems other than that. but it's saturday an i had sex on monday so i dont jnow why i still have cramps.
