Recently about two weeks ago I started having lower back pain and it has lead to a sharp pain in my upper stomach these last few days. I constantly feel sick and throwing up sometimes helps. I am only 26 and usually never get sick but maybe twice a year. I was wandering if anyone else has experienced pain like this. When I lay down at night, like tonight, i will wake up and the pain will be hurt so bad and sometimes standing up is better for me. I am not having any other problems besides the lower back pain and upper stomach pain but it's so horrible because it prevents me from sleeping most nights recently. What could this be? Please help me
