I have had a L4-L5 bulge with anular tear of 1.3cm 4 over a year&half with back spaz&leg. No surgons will say I need surgey it but this is goin on to FN long.I've had 2 MRI both show the same thing. The insurance compy keeps sending me 4 pt. I've had 4 injections of roids. Didn't help. What should I do? I can't stand living like this. Plz help I'm at my wits ends.
