For the past two days I've had lower left abdominal pain and tingling when I walk or roughly/abruptly lift my butt muscles but not when I sit, sleep, or stand still. I've also felt rather fatigued lately and have noticed that I've started urinating more frequently. I'm 21 years old, healthy, not overweight and a virgin; I've looked around on the web but can't really find a relevant diagnosis. I'm worried and was wondering if anyone could offer any suggestions please! Thank you so much!!

I've been having left side pelvic pain for a year now. Don't get discouraged by that statement, it's just there is a lot in the lower left side, I've been checked for irritable bowel, hernia, endometriosis, cycts, bladder problems, ect.

Doctors now believe, that the muscles and nerves that run through my pelvic floor are in spasm & causing pain, so I have physical therapy to strenghen my pelvic floor.

I do kegels, then on a ball I do sit ups, knee lifts, pelvic tilts forward, backward then circle around.

My pain is different from yours, mine is lower left side it doesn't move, & when I'm busy I dont' notice it but if i'm still I feel it.

I just wanted to tell you about the pelvic floor exercises, they are helping me & I went through many doctors to get to that point, maybe it's worth a try.
