lower pain on the right side, headaches and feeling tired!!!

For about 3 weeks now i have had lower pain on the right side of my body However it did go away for a few days. It extends anywhere from just right of my stomach to my back side and continues to expand. The only really time the pain bothers me is when i wake up in the morning laying in bed. Durring the day the pain seems to go away for the most part,but on top of that i have been having a lot of headaches and a pretty steady cough. Until a few days ago i would run a fever daily too. I feel good when i wake up in the morning,but by afternoon i usually get a headache and i tend to feel tired. I thought maybe at 1st i strained my abdominal because the day before this started i moved a very heavy couch. This has all kinda freaked me out because i have never had a issue like this. Im concerned as to what it could be. I take tons of asprin durring the day and drink lots of water. If anyone has experienced something similar and has advice i would appreciate it. I know i should probably go see a doctor.
