im 15, and ive noticed a kind of lump to the right of my penis and it feels like theres aload of blood piled up in a vein or something. symmetrically, there seems to be another vein on the left side going down which i thinks always being there, just on the right it has grown to a lump i can feel, and hurts slightly when i put pressure on it, a kind of numb pain rather than "sharp". any help? im quite worried :/
