A few days ago i discovered a small lump in my breast (maybe about the size of a pea), it's located right under my areola in my right breast. I'm almost 18 years of age. It feels solid, unmovable, no itch, no severe discomfort except for breast soreness (but I think they're growing, as they've been sore for the past month or so). I'm going to get a breast exam as soon as I can, but I was wondering if anyone else had something similar happen to them and what the outcome was?

I discovered a lump in my right breast. What does that mean? Is that some kind of a neoplastic process?
