For about 1-1½ years(maybe longer) I have had, for lack of a better term, a lump/knot on the right side of my forehead. It's a little over an inch in diameter, not perfectly circular. I have not hit my forehead on anything. There is no pain associated with it. No discoloration of the skin. No pimple/zit-like head. As for what it feels like, it is not hard like bone but not soft like it's pus filled. It almost feels like muscle. I am self conscious about it because it is really noticeable, especially when I edge up my hair because the top of it is on my hairline. Can anybody tell me what this is & what can be done about it?
