Are there any other people on this forum who have got experience with a lump on the joint of your thumb? I am really worried about this because it has been there for a few days now, and it is honestly painful as well. I am especially concerned because I didn't fall or injure my thumb in any way. So why is this happening?

Look up Ganglion Cyst. Doesn't hurt to have them looked at but usually they go away on their own. There are other treatments such as draining with a needle, cortisone or surgical removal. All of the above should be done by a doctor.
