So one night I scratched down there and a lump popped up so I wnt to the bathroom and I squeezed it and clear stuff came out I left it alone and the nect day I did the same thing and white and clear stuff comes out I left it alone and now its no longer a lump and it's just yellowish whitish and just sorta a flat circle kinda. When I I go to the bathroom iy looks likes like it ewzed a little what can this be
